In order to be eligible for employment with BRASS Security you must meet the following criteria:
*You must be 21 years of age.
*You must have a high school diploma or GED
*You must possess a valid MN Drivers license.
*You must not have any felony convictions
*You must not have any misdemeanor theft or DUI convictions
*You must be free and clear of any domestic assault convictions
*You must have excellent communication skills and be able to positively interact with the public.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Corrections.
*Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or Corrections.
*Prior United States Military Experience (without dishonorable discharge)
*Prior Experience in Security for a LICENSED Company.
