Security for Housing
Providing Security Services for Housing is one of our specialties. Many of our clients have stated they have had an increase with longevity of tenants caused by our services. B.R.A.S.S. Security's Patrol services will ensure the safety of your tenants and property by arriving at your property at random times. A Security Officer will arrive at your property in a marked security squad followed by on foot patrol of the exterior and interior of the premises. Officers are able to politely ensure your lease is being followed accordingly. Our team of Security Officers are formally trained to recognize illegal activity according to State and Federal Laws. In addition our Security Officers will contact and corroborate evidence to Law Enforcement personnel when needed.
For each Security Tour there will be a report authored and submitted. Our report in addition will also include indications of any maintenance/lighting repairs that may be needed.
Apartment Home Tours
Our services help maintain the highest perception your property is a comfortable and safe place for tenants to call home. In the event of an emergency, or something unusual our Security Officers will ensure the problem is resolved before leaving the property.
